02Payment and running costs
A booking, then four payments of 25%
The payment plan is the same for every home: a booking to hold it, a quarter at the contract, two instalments of a quarter each and the last quarter at the transfer of ownership.

Booking THB 100,000 or THB 300,000 depending on the home. Running costs: a common fee of THB 120 per m² a month and a one-off sinking fund of THB 1,000 per m².

Delivered fitted: what every home comes with
Every home is handed over fitted and air-conditioned. The list below is the developer's free package; loose furniture is a separate package, and we send its details in writing with the offer.
